Notes: Contains the first two Patlabor movies with their trailers and TV commercials (discs 1 - 4) in high quality CAV format. Disc 5 contains "Making File 1" which includes interviews with staff intercut with various stills of production material. Also include is CG fly-arounds of the SV2 station and AV-98 Ingram taken from the "Patlabor Digital Library Vol. 2" CD-ROM. Also included is a 100 page book called "Making File 2" which includes interviews with staff, production notes, synopsis of the films and articles on modern day (1995) robotics in Japan.

The Seven Dogs' War LD Box

Notes: Contains seven films directed by Mamoru Oshii including the first two Patlabor movies. The box set also contains the films "Urusei Yatsura: Only You", "Urusei Yatsura: Beautiful Dreamer", "Maroko" (movie edit of the 1989 six part OVA "Gosenzosama Banbanzai" with additional footage), "Angel's Egg" and the OVA "Twilight Q2 : Meikyu Bukken File 538". Also included is two CDs, a 30 track audio CD "The Dog's Ear" by Kenji Kawai, and CD-ROM "The Dog's Eye" with photos by Haruhiko Higami.

Notes: Contains Dolby Digital 5.1 channel remix of both movie's audio tracks. For the first year both movies came in special "Laserdisc sized" packaging. This was part of a promotional push to entice Laserdisc buyers to take up the format. "Wings of Honneamise", "Memories" and "Macross: Do You Remember Love" were also released in similar packaging.
